Warranty

Squid's One-Year Warranty covers any potential defects caused by manufacturing errors. There are no fees to repair, replace, or return any item that is covered by our warranty. We do require sufficient photo and video evidence of issues to move forward with replacing a faulty product.

Please note that the Squid warranty cannot be used to replace:

- Units that have been lost or disposed of;

- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage and discoloration wherein the unit is still functioning;

- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation of the product;

- Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instructions, warnings, or maintenance guidelines provided by Squid;

- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons;

- Accidental damage, or any external causes beyond our control;

- Products that have been used for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
